Can you tell us more about your new album called « kingdom of evil » ?

It started as a group of songs I wrote that had accumulated since 2000. I have a small home studio and I play all the instruments for the demos.

Can you speak to us about the recording sessions ?

It was great!  The songs aren't too complicated so it was a very easy process.  We recorded in my home studio with very little equipment.

How did you proceed for the composition ?

The songs are music i have had in my head for years. I like to see how dark and unusual they will end up.  I will record some riffs and put them all together. The more dramatic the better I think.

What are the lyrics talking about ? Where do you find inspiration ?

The only lyrics I actually wrote was the song "tarot". Dave Fefolt wrote the rest. Actually, I would sing the melodys in just Alot of Jibberish. Dave would translate the sounds into words...we both are very interested in the supernatural and strange phenomenon so the lyrics would reflect that.

We have plans in the making.

What’s your favourite track on « kingdom of evil » and why ?

I listen to the song "kingdom of evil" a lot... It was the first song we recorded. For me, it has such a killer drive to it.  Also, its dark and the melody and words are amazing.

Which songs from the album will you play live ?

All of them I hope.

What are your touring plans ?

We are in the planning stages and are very excited to do some touring soon...its the ultimate goal.

What are your favourite bands and all times albums ?

Rainbow "long live rock and roll".

Elo "out of the blue".

Queen  all of them until "hot space"

Black sabbath  "mob rules"

Judas priest  "unleashed in the east"

Do you have funny or strange stories about the band you can share with us ?

We lost all the tracks to the song "angels of babylon" after recording them.  They were no where on the hard drive. My 9 year old son zachery came in singing the song and when I looked back at the screen, the tracks seemed to have re appeared.

What are your projects for the future ?

To write more angels music and tour as much as possible. I cant stand to sit still! I am also thinking of doing some drum clinics.
